Virb - MySpace for designers?

I'm currently gathering materials for my site.
I'm using Virb.com to create the collections and "stockpile"images and descriptions.

Virb is in essence a MySpace type community website except that it has a very pleasant and minimalistic design which is sleaker and more mature than MySpace's.

It's a great means of communicating with my web designer because I can in essence set up all my materials in albums according to the category they will eventually belong to in my own website.

Today I reached an understanding with a friend that has an online store wherein he will handle all the logistics required to allow me to sell canvas prints of my artwork directly of the site.

I hope to have my site online by the end of October.
We'll see...
